6.500 m² of Lotus Koru 1, which is built on a 10.500 m² land, is landscaped as landscape, as well as a 7.000 m² parking lot belonging to the municipality in front of the project area, offering a landscape area well above the average. Consisting of 10 blocks and 5 floors, our project has 144 apartments and 27 shops with a total construction area of approximately 33.000 m².
